1. The service
DENTALYNX is software that helps dental clinics manage patients, appointments, treatments, billing, consent, prescriptions and inventory across mobile and web.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be a dental professional or an authorised member of a clinic, and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Clinic owners are responsible for the staff and doctor accounts they create.
3. Your responsibilities with patient data
You are the controller of the patient data you enter. You confirm that you have the necessary consent and legal right to record and process that data, and that you will use DENTALYNX in compliance with applicable medical, privacy and record-keeping laws. DENTALYNX is a tool; it does not provide clinical or legal advice.
4. Plans, billing & trials
- The Free plan works offline at no cost. Paid plans (Basic, Premium) and the WhatsApp add-on are billed per clinic, per month, in Indian Rupees.
- A one-time free trial may be offered per clinic. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing channel you purchased it from. See our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to breach security, reverse-engineer it, resell it without permission, or use it to send unlawful or unsolicited messages.
6. Third-party services
Optional features rely on third parties (e.g. the WhatsApp Business API, payment providers, hosting). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms, and you are responsible for any messaging you send to your patients.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Offline mode is designed to keep your clinic running when connectivity is unavailable.
8. Intellectual property
DENTALYNX and its branding belong to its operator. Your clinic's data remains yours.
9. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination you may request an export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction.
